Initially I was drawn to the Nexstar 9.25" Evolution but then after reading the forums decided I would use the 8" Evolution more because it is easier to move around. Then I was thinking about the 8" EdgeHD + StarSense but after more reading it seems EAA does not benefit from the flatter optics and not having many focal reducer options is off
The PRO Plus family, as well as the EVO Plus 128GB and higher capacities are UHS-I rated with a U3 (UHS Speed Class) rating. The Class 10 Speed Class / U3 rating guarantees a minimum sequential The EVO 2 Pro features a 1" sensor that has an adjustable aperture and can shoot 6K video. And finally, the EVO 2 Dual is equipped with a FLIR Boson sensor (thermal imaging) and the same 8K camera that comes with the standard model. Although the three variants have a different camera, EVO II's gimbal is interchangeable, you can easily swap over
I found a very nice white Evo 5 with 18" WRC Tarmac - completely stock. Today I have a Evo 8 GSR US-spec '05 with approx 360+ hp (enough to outrun a Ferrari 360 spider F1 from 60-120 mph, I've tested twice) Though I don't like the gearing (almost as Evo 7) 2.928/1.95/1.407/1.03/0.72 5th gear. So I'm considering throwing my balance shafts and go
While a 2.3-liter engine at 42psi of boost pressure may make the same torque as a 3.8-liter engine at 20psi, the smaller engine is going to be making less torque at equivalent boost levels. As for vehicle weight, the EVO holds a solid advantage in this category. In the case of Shepherd’s 9-second cars, the EVO is 788 pounds lighter than the GTR.
You can read the comparisons of evo 8/9 vs the X. I think it comes down to two things, the evo 8/9 had significantly more limited production so they’re more rare, and people look down upon the evo x because it doesn’t have a 4G engine plus extra weight. There’s so much material about the 4G63 vs 4B11, so you can read about it.
The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X, also known as the Evo X, is the 10th and final generation of Mitsubishi's iconic performance sedan. The Japanese automaker first showed it off in concept form in 2005, and then in almost production ready prototype form in 2007. 2007 also saw the release of the production Evo X, which went on sale in Japan that same year, with foreign markets following in 2008. EVO!!!!!You asked, we delivered!!!!This week we cover the legendary Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution. From the early rally days of the Evo 2 and Evo 3, to the dy
evo 8 vs 9 power differences, why and how mivec for one. cooling passages for increased levels of boost. who says it makes the same power as the ochos? they generally make 50hp more stock with a fatter torque curve. then there's the issue of how they can run 22-23 psi safely on 91 that power comes from somewhere 9s cheat.
The Twin Cam was designed to make factory assembly easier (and of course cheaper) at the cost of most of it being disposable rather than rebuildable. And then there is that heat issue. So if the only thing gained was power, the TC is a total fail. The EVO had plenty for what it went into.
