You have to use the Map Editor, in your program menu, there should be something called Map Editor or in your Heroes of Might and Magic V - Tribes of the East\bin\ directory, use the file H5_MapEditor.exe (ie. don't run the game). In Map Editor, go to "Tools" menu & select "Create Random Map", a pop-up will appear.
